At Dshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
